RoRo Shreds operates this store at roroshreds.com. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean RoRo Shreds. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with the policies linked below.
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Using the store
You must be the age of majority where you live to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate someone else, harass others, upload malicious code, collect other customers' personal information, or bypass the store's security. We may restrict access or suspend an account used in violation of these terms.
2. Product information and fit
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different depending on your screen and settings. Check the selected print, size, and garment style before ordering. Available products and quantities may change.
Use the size chart and garment measurements when choosing a size. Any height or weight ranges labeled as estimates are guidance, not a guarantee of fit. Follow the fit, care, and safety instructions on the garment. Our pajamas should be worn snug-fitting and are not flame resistant.
These notes do not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
3. Orders and payment
When you submit an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before we fulfill the order.
We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable stock, or an error in a listing or price. If this happens, we will contact you using the details you provided. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any shipping or tax charges attributable to them. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email roroshreds@gmail.com promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is being prepared or has shipped. Any cancellation rights required by law still apply.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Product prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total is shown at checkout before you submit your order.
We may change prices for future orders. Those changes do not change the agreed price of an existing order. We may correct listing or pricing errors as described in the orders section above.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $6 on every order. We do not offer free or express shipping. See our shipping policy for details.
Any delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within the timeframe required by law or promised for your order, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by law. A final-sale policy does not remove those rights.
If your package is missing, damaged, or sent to the wrong address, email roroshreds@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
6. Final sales and order problems
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind, including choosing the wrong size or print.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email roroshreds@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. See our refund policy. These terms and our refund policy do not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
7. Our content
Our name, logo, photographs, videos, designs, and written content belong to RoRo Shreds or their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may browse the store and share links to it. Do not reproduce or use our content commercially without permission, except where the law allows it.
8. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review or other content for public display, you give us permission to display it and reproduce it in connection with the store. You must own the content or have permission to share it. Reviews must reflect your honest experience, and you must disclose any incentive you received.
Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property rights. We may remove spam, fraudulent reviews, or content that violates these terms. We will not remove a review solely because it is negative. Private order-support messages are handled under our privacy policy.
9. Shopify and other services
Shopify hosts our store and provides the technology we use to sell online. Your purchases are made directly from RoRo Shreds. We are responsible for our products, orders, and customer service. Shopify is not the seller.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising from purchases you make from RoRo Shreds and release them from those claims. This does not exclude any liability or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Links to external websites and services, including social platforms, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or operations.
10. Privacy and communications
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Shopify also processes information to operate the store, process transactions, and help prevent fraud. See Shopify's privacy policy for information about its practices.
We may email you about your orders, account, or changes affecting the service. Keep your contact information current. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option; unsubscribing does not stop necessary order messages.
11. Website availability and liability
We cannot promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. We may update content, correct errors, or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance or security.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. This website disclaimer does not disclaim product warranties or remedies required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
12. Disputes and other terms
If you have a concern, email roroshreds@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive any right to seek another remedy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RoRo Shreds is headquartered, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence apply. Nothing here limits your right to use a court or other remedy available to you under applicable law.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply. Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These terms and the policies they reference describe the agreement for use of the store and purchases from it, subject to any rights or commitments that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively change the terms of an order already placed.
